Steel Furnace Control Board ARC0N951-II Piston Pump P6P1R1C5A2B
The wiring of intelligent boiler circulation controller generally follows the following steps: 1. Power wiring: Connect the wiring terminals "L", "N", and "GND" of the controller to a voltage resistant switch (circuit breaker) of 2A or more. Connect the "L", "N", and "GND" of the voltage resistant switch to the power supply of the system (380VAC or 220VAC). The three wires "L", "N", and "GND" must be strict

The three wires "L", "N", and "GND" must be strictly connected according to the marked lines. Generally, "L" is red, "N" is white, and "GND" is green. 2. Temperature sensor wiring: Connect the terminals "T1" and "T2" of the controller to the temperature sensor. Connect the negative terminal of "T1" to the temperature compensation wire of the sensor, and connect the positive terminal of "T2" to another temperature compensation wire of the sensor. If there are multiple sets of temperature sensors, connect the "T1" and "T2" terminals of the multiple sets of sensors in sequence. Incorrect connections will not indicate faults. 3. Heating control wiring: Connect terminal "X1" of the controller to the main heating solenoid valve and "X2" to the auxiliary solenoid valve; Connect the terminal "X3" of the controller to the backup heating solenoid valve. 4. Loop control wiring: Connect terminal "X4" of the controller to the loop drain solenoid valve, "X5" to the indoor drain solenoid valve, "X6" to the outdoor drain solenoid valve, "X7" to the heater, "X8" to the condenser, "X9" to the waste water solenoid valve, "X10" to the condensate water solenoid valve, and "X11" to the water pump solenoid valve. 5. Sound and light alarm wiring: Connect the terminals "K1" and "K2" of the controller to a sound and light alarm.
