3. Pay attention to clean the working surface when disassembling and assembling, and the oil should be well filtered when working.
4. Too large clearance of the blade in the blade groove will increase leakage; too small clearance of the blade can not be freely telescopic, which will lead to working disorders.
5. The axial clearance of vane pump has great influence on ηv.
1) Small pump -0.015 ~ 0.03mm
2) Medium pump -0.02 ~ 0.045mm
6. The temperature and viscosity of the oil should not exceed 55℃, and the viscosity should be between 17 and 37mm2/s. Too large viscosity is difficult to absorb oil; If viscosity is too small, leakage is serious.
First, the working principle of single acting vane pump
The pump is composed of rotor 1, stator 2, blade 3, oil distribution plate and end cover and other components. The inner surface of the stator is a cylindrical hole. There is eccentricity between the rotor and the stator. The blade can slide flexibly in the groove of the rotor. Under the action of the centrifugal force when the rotor rotates and the pressure oil at the root of the blade, the top of the blade is close to the inner surface of the stator, so the two adjacent blades, the oil distribution plate, the stator and the rotor form a sealed working cavity. When the rotor rotates in the counterclockwise direction, the blade on the right side of the figure extends out, and the volume of the sealing working chamber gradually increases, resulting in a vacuum. Therefore, the oil is sucked through the upper window of the oil suction port 6 and the oil distribution tray 5. It's on the left. The blade is indented, the volume of the sealing chamber is gradually reduced, and the oil in the sealing chamber is pressed out and output to the system through another window of the oil distribution pan and the oil press port 1. This pump in the rotor rotation process, oil suction pressure oil each time, so called single acting pump. The rotor is subjected to radial hydraulic unbalance force, so it is also called unbalanced pump, its bearing load is larger. Change the eccentricity between the stator and the rotor, you can change the displacement of the pump, so this pump is variable pump.
Two, the working principle of double acting vane pump
Its principle of action and single action vane pump similar, the difference is only that the stator surface is composed of two long radius arc, two short radius arc and four transition curve of eight parts, and the stator and rotor are concentric. In the case that the rotor rotates clockwise, the volume of the sealing working chamber gradually increases in the upper left and lower right corner, which is the oil suction area, and gradually decreases in the lower left and upper right corner, which is the oil pressure area. There is an oil seal between the suction area and the pressure area. This pump rotor each turn, each sealed working chamber to complete the oil suction and oil pressure action twice, so it is called double acting vane pump. The two oil suction and two oil pressure areas of the pump are radial symmetric, and the liquid pressure acting on the rotor is radial balance, so it is also called balanced vane pump.
The instantaneous flow rate of the double-acting vane pump is pulsating, and the pulsation rate is small when the number of blades is a multiple of 4. For this reason, the number of blades of the double acting vane pump is generally taken 12 or 16.
